It is August 2025 (Bordeaux) of a very dry year and the changing of colour from green berries to black grapes is well in process. You will see from the video the grapes go through a “motley’ look for a few weeks until all of the bunch has converted. Maturity for harvest at our vineyard is likely to be early September for Merlot which is the most advanced variety followed by Cabernet Franc. Petit Verdot will be at least another 2 weeks later.
